Free worldwide shipping
Every REQVIS order ships free of charge, worldwide. Orders are dispatched from Europe. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way. Any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Free replacement of faulty items
If any part of your REQVIS set — the blanket, controller, cables or electrodes — is found to be faulty, we will replace the affected item free of charge, including shipping both ways.
To make a warranty claim, email [email protected] with your order details and a short description (and, where possible, a photo or video) of the fault. Our team will confirm the claim and arrange the replacement.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or normal wear of consumable parts.
Return policy
Consumers in the EU & UK
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal: you may return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. To exercise it, notify us at [email protected] within the 14 days, then return the item unused and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping and any associated costs are borne by the customer. Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
All other markets
Outside the EU and UK, sales are final. This does not affect the free faulty-item replacement described above, which applies everywhere.
Business (B2B) purchases are not subject to the consumer right of withdrawal.
